GOOD TO KNOW

Questions and answers

What will I receive after purchase — files or a delivery?

When you buy a digital game, you receive materials to download and print yourself. You can find the contents of the set in the product description. The digital version does not include printed materials, props or courier delivery.

How do I choose the right game for my group?

Each game page lists the suggested age, number of participants, playing time, difficulty and preparation requirements. Also check whether a facilitator or game master is needed. If you plan to take part as a player, do not open the solution materials beforehand.

What do I need to prepare the game? Do I have to print in colour?

The description of each game lists what you need. Depending on the set, this may include paper, scissors, pens or envelopes. Start with the preparation instructions — you do not always need to print the entire pack. If the set includes an ink-saving version, you can choose it to reduce ink use. Do not automatically replace colour printing with black and white: in some games, colours may be part of a puzzle.

When and where can I access my purchased game?

We make the materials available automatically once payment is confirmed. You will receive an email with access information. You can also find your games under “My games” after signing in to the account linked to the email address used for your purchase. If payment is still awaiting confirmation, the files may not be available yet.

I have not received an email, or my download link has expired. What should I do?

Check your Spam and Promotions folders and make sure you are using the email address provided at checkout. Then check “My games” or use the option to resend the access link. An expired link does not mean you have lost your purchased licence. Do not buy the game again just because the email has not arrived. If you still cannot see your paid order, send us its number and the email address used for the purchase.

The file will not open, or the printout looks wrong. How can I fix it?

Download the file to your device instead of only opening the preview in your email app. If you receive a ZIP archive, extract it first, then open the PDF document in a PDF reader. When printing, use the paper size, scale and page settings specified in the instructions. Automatic “fit to page” can change the size of game elements. Print one page to check before printing the whole set.

What is the difference between the Home and Organiser licences?

The Home licence is for private games with family and friends. The Organiser licence allows the named business or institution to run its own activities and events repeatedly, including paid events — such as day camps, birthday parties or team-building activities. The game may be included in a paid activity package. You can find the scope of your purchased licence in the order details. The Organiser licence does not allow you to resell the files themselves or printed game sets.

Do I need to buy the game again for another session or camp group?

No. A one-time purchase lets you use the game repeatedly within the scope of your chosen licence, with no extra charges for further sessions or the printouts you need. However, players may remember the solutions in puzzle and mystery games. Being able to reuse the materials does not mean the same story will be equally surprising for the same group.

Can other staff members or activity leaders use the materials?

Under the Organiser licence, employees and contractors may use the materials when running events for the business or institution named at purchase. You do not need to buy a separate licence each time the facilitator changes. This does not give them a separate licence to use the game in their own business. The licence also does not allow entire packs to be passed on to other businesses or shared publicly online.

What does the subscription include, and who is it for?

The subscription is for businesses and organisers. It provides access to the entire catalogue of digital games, including new games published during the paid period. It does not include physical products or shipping. You can choose monthly or annual billing. The subscription renews automatically at the selected interval until you turn off renewal. Customers buying games for private use make one-time purchases.

How do I cancel my subscription, and what happens to my games?

You can turn off renewal in the subscription management section. You will keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that period ends, subscription access to downloads and the right to run further events under that subscription expire. Downloading a PDF beforehand does not turn it into a permanent game purchase. Games purchased separately remain available under the terms of their purchased licences — cancelling a subscription does not take them away.

Can I return an individual digital game?

At checkout, you can consent to receiving the materials before the withdrawal period ends. If you also acknowledge that you will lose the right to withdraw and receive the required confirmation, that right expires when delivery of the digital content begins. This does not limit your right to make a complaint if the product does not conform to the contract. If the materials are incomplete or damaged, provide your order number, the file name and a description of the problem so we can deal with your report more quickly.
