About the game

After the Jantar ferry disaster, three family files reach an independent investigation team. Names, dates and personal belongings refuse to form a simple account. Establish identities, boarding status and the reliability of claim records. Four phases combine document comparison with six tokens to spend on eight possible enquiries. The facilitator supplies certain confirmations automatically, keeping a critical fact from depending on a single question. The final report separates findings about travel, documents and relationships. Procedures and institutions are fictional. A standalone social crime thriller for 2–5 adult players plus one required facilitator, counted separately. Themes include disaster, grief, fraud and a double life. There are no descriptions of bodies. Conversations can use written transcripts, pauses are always available and personal disclosures are never required. No legal knowledge is needed. All game materials are in Polish and play works completely offline. Prototype 0.1.0. Intended play time of 130–170 minutes and preparation of 25–35 minutes after reading, excluding printing, remain estimates. Source review, logic simulations and file checks have been completed. Target-audience playtests, physical printing and independent preparation are pending.
